To ensure effective posture analysis, please follow these space requirements. For dynamic evaluations, we recommend an area at least 1.5 times wider than the minimum.

Space Requirements

• Maintain at least 50 cm (20") of clearance between the device and side or back walls. Ensure that the camera's view is not obstructed; more space typically yields more accurate results.

Floor Surface

• Place the mat on a flat, level floor. An uneven floor can reduce measurable height (up to 160 cm or 5'3") and may cause errors.

Lighting Considerations

• The Moti Physio camera uses infrared, which sunlight can interfere with. Use blackout curtains or choose a space without sunlight exposure, and avoid areas with reflective surfaces like mirrors.

Area Preparation

• Keep the area around your mat clear of obstacles. A wall directly behind you may lead to errors, so ensure at least 50 cm (20") of clearance between the mat and any nearby walls.
